The PMP® certification is a gold standard in the Project Management industry. 360DigiTMG conducts a four-day intensive PMP® exam prep course with 35 contact hours. Three full-length mock examinations, around 200 questions are also included in the course along with a question bank of over 3000 mock examination questions. 360DigiTMG has also included real-life project training through MS Project as a module. PMP-Exam
It is a four-hour long examination that consists of 200 questions. If the candidate clears the examination, he is awarded the PMP certification. He is allowed a maximum of three attempts to clear the examination in a year. If he fails in all three attempts he can wait another year and then apply.
The PMI-PMP certification examination is extremely difficult for first-time test takers. The questions are written for a high difficulty level and are designed to test the student's grasp of the subjects and the ability to solve real-life problems. PMP Exam Prerequisites
The aspirant must satisfy one of the two criteria mentioned below to be eligible for the PMP Exam.
a)The Aspirant must have a secondary degree along with 5 years / 60 months of experience in Project Management and also 7500 hours of this experience having invested in heading a project. One would also require 35 contact hours of Project Management Education.
b) The Aspirant must have a four year Bachelor's degree or a global equivalent degree along with 3 years /36 months of experience in Project Management. One must also have invested 4500 hours of this experience in leading a project and 35 contact hours of Project Management Education is a must.
PMP Certification Training Learning Outcomes
This PMI- PMP® certification program follows a structured approach and commences with an introduction to project management concepts. A module is devoted to initiating, planning, executing, and closing project management process groups. Initially, the participant is taught to define, validate, and control project scope and define project charter. You will receive a PMI Professional Development Unit (PDU) certification from 360DigiTMG Solutions, which is a global R.E.P. of PMI.
If you miss a class, we will arrange for a recording of the session. You can then access it through the online Learning Management System.
You have a one-year eligibility period to retake the exam. During this period, you may take the exam up to three times. However, if you fail to clear it even after three attempts, you must take a year’s break from the date of the last examination before you can reapply for the exam. However, if you fail the PMP examination all three times, you may choose to apply for any other certification from PMI.
Yes, you can submit a written appeal to the PMI Certification Department for review of their decision. Re-evaluation requests can be sent by post or e-mail to certappeals@pmi.org
You can use the experience verification section of the online application to record your experience in leading and directing a project. Record projects individually regardless of the number of projects you include.

The PMP Certification assessment is very challenging. To ace it, you must:
- Commit your time and effort in preparing for the exam
- Complete the e-learning course content before the actual training
- Get greater than 70% marks in the simulation exam
- Fill all the sample templates, which will be given as part of training to participants
In the past, the pass criterion was 61% for 200 questions. But now, PMI does not reveal the exact score you need to clear the exam. After the PMP certification exam, the grade for every applicant is provided.
The validity of PMP certification is three years. It should be renewed every three years by demonstrating to PMI that you are continuing your project management knowledge acquisition.
