Refund Policy

Scope and Applicability

This Refund Policy applies to all fees paid for any training program, course, certification program, or educational service ("Program") offered by the Provider. This Policy applies to all Learners regardless of geographic location, payment method, or enrollment channel.

Policy

  • No Refunds: All fees paid are final and non-refundable. No refunds shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • Failure to attend scheduled sessions or access provided materials
    • Dissatisfaction with Program content, delivery, or outcomes
    • Change of personal circumstances, including but not limited to health, employment, relocation, or availability
    • Failure to meet certification or assessment requirements
    • Removal from a Program due to conduct violations
    • Any other reason not expressly stated in this Policy.This does not include situations arising out of “force Majeure” conditions whereby all Terms & Conditions will be rendered Null & Void
  • No-Show: Learners who fail to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice forfeit all fees paid. No refund, credit, or alternative arrangement shall be provided for no-shows.
  • Provider-Initiated Cancellation: In the event the Provider cancels a Program prior to commencement due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other operational reasons, the Provider may, at its sole discretion, offer affected Learners one of the following:
    • Enrollment in an alternative Program of equivalent value.
    • Rescheduling to a future batch of the same Program, subject to availability.
  • The Provider is under no obligation to issue monetary refunds for Provider-initiated cancellations.
  • Force Majeure: The Provider shall not be liable for any failure or delay in Program delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, or infrastructure failures. In such events, the Provider may reschedule affected sessions or modify delivery format without liability for refund.
  • Third-Party Funding: Where fees are paid in whole or in part by an employer, funding body, or other third party, this Refund Policy applies to the paying party. Any funding body requirements regarding refunds are subject to separate arrangements and do not modify this Policy.
  • Payment Errors: In the event of a verified duplicate payment or payment made in error, the Provider will process a refund of the excess amount within thirty (30) days of verification. Learners must notify the Provider in writing within fourteen (14) days of the payment date.
  • Chargebacks: Learners who initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting the Provider may have their access to all Programs and services suspended. The Provider reserves the right to pursue recovery of any amounts improperly reversed.

Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box and completing enrollment, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy. I acknowledge that all fees are non-refundable and that my acceptance is recorded with timestamp and IP address for verification purposes.
