Scope and Applicability

These Enrollment Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the enrollment of any individual ("Learner") in any training program, course, certification program, or educational service ("Program") offered by the Provider. These Terms apply to all Learners regardless of geographic location, payment method, or enrollment channel. By completing enrollment, Learners agree to be bound by these Terms.

Terms

• Enrollment Confirmation: Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or approved payment arrangement, completion of required registration forms, and acceptance of all applicable policies. The Provider reserves the right to decline or cancel any enrollment at its discretion.
• Eligibility: By enrolling, the Learner represents that they are of legal age to enter into binding agreements in their jurisdiction of residence, or have obtained appropriate parental or guardian consent. The Learner further represents that all information provided during enrollment is accurate and complete.
• Program Delivery: Programs may be delivered through live online sessions, self-paced learning materials, in-person instruction, or a combination thereof, as specified at the time of enrollment. The Provider reserves the right to modify delivery formats, schedules, instructors, or content to maintain program quality, subject to reasonable notice where practicable.
• Fees and Payment: All fees are as stated at the time of enrollment and are payable in the currency specified. The Provider may offer installment arrangements at its discretion. Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in suspension or termination of access to Program materials and services.
• Attendance and Participation: Learners are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and completing required coursework within specified timelines. Attendance and participation records are maintained by the Provider and may be used for certification eligibility, reporting, or compliance purposes.
• Certification: Where Programs lead to certification, certificates are issued solely at the Provider's discretion upon satisfaction of all stated requirements, including but not limited to attendance thresholds and assessment criteria. Projects or assignments may be required but do not independently guarantee certification. The Provider makes no representation regarding third-party recognition, professional licensing, employment outcomes, or career advancement resulting from certification.
• No Guarantees: The Provider does not guarantee any specific outcome from participation in any Program, including but not limited to employment, salary increase, job placement, visa approval, professional licensing, or business results. All Programs are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or career advice.
• Conduct: Learners shall conduct themselves professionally and respectfully in all interactions. The Provider reserves the right to remove any Learner from a Program for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior, without refund or compensation.
• Amendments: The Provider may amend these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in any Program following notice of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting enrolled Learners will be communicated via email or platform notification.
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms shall deprive any Learner of mandatory consumer protections applicable under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider's total liability arising from or in connection with any Program shall not exceed the fees paid by the Learner for that Program. The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
• Employer-Sponsored Enrollments: Where enrollment is sponsored by an employer or third party, additional terms may apply as communicated separately. The Learner remains bound by these Terms regardless of sponsorship arrangements. Compliance with any funding body requirements, including but not limited to HRD Corp, shall be governed by separate documentation.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box and completing enrollment, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Enrollment Terms and Conditions. I acknowledge that my acceptance is recorded with timestamp and IP address for verification purposes.
