Project information encompasses all data related to project activities, essential for informed decision-making. Enterprise environmental factors, including organizational culture and market conditions, impact project performance. The project manager leads the team, manages resources, ensures adherence to the plan, and delivers outcomes. Stakeholders must be identified and engaged throughout the project.
